India’s Unemployment and Growing Online Jobs

India being the most populated country in the world is currently infected by unemployment. There are many children in India who are illiterate because either they face bad financial crises which forces them to drop out of schools or it is the traditional mindset of the country which allows male education and employment more than female development. In small towns and villages, it has been seen that the male child is getting all the facilities from education to even employment while a female is brought up to only do household work.

Well the mindset has changed and so has the education system. Today girls are allowed equal access and treatment with boys. But somewhere down the line the education system needs to improve more as it only trains in theory rather than in practical skills. The biggest reason for unemployment is the lack of knowledge and skillsets about various job opportunities and the current trends in the job market. India is anyway below the poverty line and unemployment has made the situation even worse.

But even online jobs are not easily available because there are many websites that are fake. They claim that a person can earn on a weekly basis and take money for the same. It is a tough task to find a genuine online job for people who want to be self-employed and become their own boss. The kind of flexibility and earning is given in online jobs is sufficient enough for a person to fulfill their individual needs and wants. The only need is to search for the right online job which is genuine.

In my opinion one should opt for online jobs only if they have been struggling to get their dream jobs and have failed to have a desirable job. It is easy to fall prey to such online job websites that claim to help in earning quick money and once one is trapped they go in a deep loss. Today it is necessary to do proper research about the company and its website and read the reviews given by the people. This will help you to get a proper judgment.
